Windrush Labs developed an integrated business assessment platform that uses Qualtrics surveys to evaluate small business health and provide tailored guidance. When business owners complete the assessment, their responses are automatically recorded in Salesforce, which serves as the central system of record. Based on these results, the platform generates a personalized course plan within a dedicated learning platform that we also made. Additionally, the system produces a comprehensive “Snapshot” PDF document that provides an overview of business health with specific recommendations. This technology ecosystem combines Qualtrics, Salesforce, WordPress, and a Ruby on Rails orchestration layer that generates the Snapshot reports, creating a seamless experience for small business owners seeking to understand and improve their operations.

We also made an integrated credit-readiness assessment platform that leverages Qualtrics surveys to evaluate small business creditworthiness and provide tailored financial guidance. When business owners complete the assessment, the system analyzes their responses to generate a comprehensive credit-readiness score. Based on these results, the platform produces a PDF report that includes specific recommendations for improving creditworthiness. For businesses with higher credit scores, the system presents relevant loan opportunities. This solution uses the same infrastructure as our Business Health Assessment, combining Qualtrics for data collection, Salesforce for record management, and our own orchestration layer to deliver a seamless experience for small businesses seeking to enhance their access to capital and financial options.

We developed a comprehensive data infrastructure solution by building a Snowflake data warehouse that unified disparate data sources and provided a complete view of stakeholder interactions across all of the client’s touchpoints. The solution featured custom Python connectors to integrate external systems with Snowflake, alongside dbt for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. We implemented CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM) from Salesforce for both additional data ingestion capabilities and to create interactive dashboards. This centralized system enabled effective monitoring of grant distribution to non-profits, tracked application volumes, and provided detailed demographic breakdowns of applicants through intuitive visualizations.

We built a chatbot for Strength Co. that has several personalities. One of the funny and useful ones was the personality of the famous coach Grant Broggi who is a Marine Officer, owner of The Strength Co. He would tell people to lift and not do machine workouts and give useful workout tips; the bot would reply to workout problems while keeping the users engaged. The model was trained on tweets and public statements of Grant and the community benefited a lot from Grant’s wisdom without having to talk to him directly.
