We built a chatbot for Strength Co. that has several personalities. One of the funny and useful ones was the personality of the famous coach Grant Broggi who is a Marine Officer, owner of The Strength Co. He would tell people to lift and not do machine workouts and give useful workout tips; the bot would reply to workout problems while keeping the users engaged. The model was trained on tweets and public statements of Grant and the community benefited a lot from Grant’s wisdom without having to talk to him directly.

Windrush Labs built a web platform that checked the credit score of small business owners to decide if their business is doing well and give advice on business decisions like whether it was a good idea to take out a loan. The platform did a soft credit check and those who met certain thresholds were sent to get a loan. Additionally, the existing infrastructure was used to develop a “CFO as a service”, an automated way to analyze overall business health. The small-business owner was asked questions like “do you have a lawyer”, and was also asked if company-structure requirements were met, both financial and legal.

We moved market data of American SMBs into Snowflake (a data warehouse). Using Python, we built dashboards in Tableau (now CRM Analytics). The primary use of the dashboard was to check the status of grant money that was in the process of being given to non-profits. It was also used to monitor how many people applied for grant money and the applicants’ demographic breakdown.
